终于知道哪里出了问题，压缩的时候注意不要在外面多包一层文件夹，这样会导致字典变为：
['1000/', '1000/Config.ini', '1000/Input/', '1000/Input/count1.in', '1000/Input/count10.in', '1000/Input/count2.in', '1000/Input/count3.in', '1000/Input/count4.in', '1000/Input/count5.in', '1000/Input/count6.in', '1000/Input/count7.in', '1000/Input/count8.in', '1000/Input/count9.in', '1000/Output/', '1000/Output/count1.out', '1000/Output/count10.out', '1000/Output/count2.out', '1000/Output/count3.out', '1000/Output/count4.out', '1000/Output/count5.out', '1000/Output/count6.out', '1000/Output/count7.out', '1000/Output/count8.out', '1000/Output/count9.out']从而找不到'config.ini'这个键值而报

看起来是压缩包中没有名为config.ini的文件

您可以按照wiki的帮助按格式来写，一定要注意大小写

JSTATUS_NOT_FOUND一般是因为zip格式不对。
